Your mission
- Compile and analyse data, processes, and code to troubleshoot problems and identify areas for improvement
- Collaborate closely with our senior developer and with the rest of the development team to establish objectives and design more functional, cohesive code to enhance the user experience
- Develop ideas for new programs, products, or features by monitoring industry developments and trends
- Record data and reporting it to the web director
- Participate in continuing education and training to remain current on best practices, learn new programming languages, and better assist other team members
- Support in the integration of various middleware and services (Lobster, SAP, Salesforce, Jira).
- Take lead on projects, as needed

- Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in computer programming, computer science, or a related field
- Experience with specific programming languages, such as PHP, Python, SQL, and operating systems
- Strong understanding of the web development cycle and programming techniques such as REST API, DRY and tools
- Focus on efficiency, user experience, and process improvement
- Excellent time management skills
- Problem solving personality
- Very good verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work independently or within a team
